Holding Your Health
Mimi graduated from the University of Maryland with a psychology degree in 1992 and has been in the healing arts profession since becoming a licensed massage therapist in 1995.
Realizing early on that massage was not a sustainable practice for her body, she began to study other highly effective healing modalities. She became a Registered Polarity Therapist in 2001 and a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in 2003.
Shortly after graduation, Mimi began her Biodynamic Craniosacral teaching career as an assistant with the Wellness Institute for Energetic Studies. In 2012, Mimi became an approved teacher of BCST.
In 2017 Mimi finished a full two-year training in Shamanic Healing Arts and has completed over a thousand continuing education hours in her three decades of experience in the healing arts field including work with Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Alchemical Alignment and Family Constellations. She is currently pursuing a 2 year training in Biodynamic Osteopathic Manual Techniques.
Mimi served as a volunteer for the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America from 2008 until the current day acting as a conference member/chair, board member/ president, and advisor to the board. She currently is an advisor for the Global Majority Mentorship Program.
Mimi loves taking the basic biodynamic principles of presence, relational fields, holding space, and supporting integration into her corporate role, her home life, her many volunteer jobs and the world in general.
Moving to Cape Cod has allowed Mimi to spread her wings and expand her offerings from meditation, energy work and intuitive channeling into a more holographic wellness approach that supports individuals and communities to thrive.
